Brushes

I want to use your brushes for _______, is that alright?
Go look at the Terms & Conditions, all information regarding brushes and their use is over there.

I've been looking for brushes of _______ forever, do you have any? Can you make them? Do you know where I can get some?
It depends on what it is. I'll make them if it's in my power to do so, but you need to know now that I'm a horrible artist (ie: hearts/scratches/arrows brushes is pretty much my limit), so I'm rather limited when it comes to something that needs to be hand drawn. However, if it's a photo you're looking for my only problem will be finding whatever you want the subject to be. There are also a ton of websites out there, and I would really just suggest Google'ing for whatever you're looking for.

I have some images I want to make brushes out of, will you make them for me?
Sure, not a problem, just send them my way in an email. My one condition is that you allow me to use them and post them on my website, though I'll accredit the artwork to you.

I don't know how to make brushes, can you teach me?
I'll refer you over to Miss M's brushes tutorial. In fact, that's the tutorial that I read when I was interested in making them. It's the best thing I've read and helped me a ton getting started.

Fiction/Writing

Are you going to post any of your fan fiction on this site?
Nope.

I love your characters! Can I use one (or more) to RP with?
No.
I am sorry, but I have to be strict and completely negative to this one. I spend hours, days, weeks, months, years, making my characters, developing them, and writing with them. I cannot and will not let them be used by other people. Sorry, but no.

What about your stories? I have a site of my own and want to post some of your things there, is that alright?

- URL of your site
- Why you want my story there
And I'll get back to you on that.
Note if I do not respond to your email that does not give you the right to post my story, no responce is equivalent to a no; but you can definitely try emailing me again.

How often will you update?
Honestly I can't answer this. I'll update whenever I have new brushes - and I really can't say how often that will be. My writing is erratic, at best, and I'll post whenever I have something new or have the inclination to post something old. I'm currently in school, so I don't get to write as much as I'd like to, but I'll definitely keep up with things here.

I've been following this one story and you haven't updated it in forever! Are you ever going to write a new chapter?
As of 2.26.2008 I've taken down all of my epics (aka: anything that's not a one-shot). This is purely a personal thing. I'm trying to have semi-edited to completed writing on my site and thus, one-shots and short stories.
If you really want to see an epic come back you can always feel free to be my beta and I'll be more than willing to hash it out with you. You'd probably even get regular updates. XD

I'm starting to write stories of my own. Have any tips?
Read. Read a lot. Read your genre, read outside your genre, and read books about writing. And, if you're able, take a class - workshops are amazing.

I'd love to, but with my schedule is a little hectic at times. Send me an email and I'll see how much time I have open and what I can do for you, but don't get your hopes up too high.
